Absolutely nothing it was terrible.

The entrance to location is situated in a dodgy alleyway with people hanging around there ad well as a hole in the concrete walkway leading up to the front door of the property which could have caused an injury , as soon as you opened rhe door it stank of cat urine , the beds where uncomfortable, the hot water wasn't working in the evening, noise from other people arguing at early hours of the morning I the same block , room was cold and also smelt damn , damp mould I the toilet shower area absolutely horrend.

"Still worth it for how much it cost."

Place was comfy. Looked nice. Functioned.

Ceiling fan broken. Weird smell from bathroom. Gum on one of the cushions.
