Lovely room. Very clean and welcoming. Nice little touches and attention to detail.

Bed was a bit small, shower was ok but not that powerful. Small TV. Low beams which I'm sure every guest has bumped their head on at some point despite the clear signs everywhere. None was a problem and I'm not moaning just observations

Comfortable room and super clean. Breakfast is not provided but the room had a fridge and the tea/biscuits/milk were replenished each day.

The twin beds were in separate rooms...Brilliant as I was travelling with my Father. Car park, Private patio and, ground floor room access..again, ideal for an elderly relative. Bright, smart and, very clean.

I appreciate that it was clear that breakfast wasn't offered, but wonder if small cereal boxes could have been included with the coffee, tea and milk selection? Unable to filter for twin beds at the beginning of my search for accommodation process.

"Clean, friendly, great location."

Location was perfect - quiet but close to the beach. Nice communal eating area for take away fish & chips! Handy having a fridge in the room, too. The whole place was very clean.

Granted, the weather had just turned colder (but still double figures) but the rooms were absolutely baltic when we arrived. We put the radiators on but still v cold on the first night. Also, the double bed mattress was very soft - not a problem if that’s what you like, but a medium mattress would probably suit more people (middle of the road for those who like soft or hard mattresses). Pillows were really nice though.

It was a lovely location, and I slept in 9 different hotel beds in the last month of travel. This was the cleanest and most comfortable by far. Hostess was helpful and very communicative. I would have stayed longer if I could.

"Great stay as usual. We had all we needed and it was a v enjoyable trip."

Host is always very pleasant and accommodating. Fresh water and milk daily are welcome extras.

I would love the bathroom (self contained suite) to have a window which opens rather than just a vent.

We had a lovely stay at Burlington House. The location was perfect for a five minute walk to the town centre. Our accommodation was comfortable and spotless, and our hosts were friendly and helpful and made us feel most welcome .
