Location was good. Nice touch with coffee and tea and milk/water in communal area. Good communication from the hosts.free parking, nice outdoor area to sit. Good room size. Nice big bathroom

The room Smelled fusty and damp. Bed really hard (personal choice but very hard for us) bed also very rickety you could feel every movement like a water bed We were also very cold the nights we were there so maybe a little fan for the evenings would be good.

We loved everything about this property, it was so cosy and spotlessly clean . Just a short stroll down to the sea and town centre, a perfect break away

"Lovely room and facilities, in an ideal location."

Burlington House is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hunstanton. Our room was a good size and very clean. It was lovely to have well stocked tea and coffee facilities, and fresh milk! It was also very useful to be able to park on site. The host, David was very welcoming and we enjoyed our chats with him.

It was all very good.

"Fabulous stay in beautiful Norfolk"

We had a great time in Burlington House - the Studio was fab with free parking and we could get to everywhere we wanted to go very easily. The rooms were spotless, and we were very lucky with the weather. Throw in the Olympics of an evening so had a great time!

Only downside was the WiFi - but that wasn’t the end of the world! Didn’t really need it anyway!

Guest house in a brilliant location. Large room (no 1) with a very comfortable double bed. A nice bathroom, with a large shower, own outside space to sit and relax, own parking space, and the host David was attentive and friendly.

Coming home.
