I have stayed before and it has always been very good. These guys are very professional and have done an excellent job for many years here. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

It was very cost effective and I worry that maybe they sometimes don’t make enough money to keep going. An extra £5 on the cost may help. They are so accommodating and I think they’re famous for the breakfast.

"Amazing b&b with a home from home feel"

Everything was good about this stay. It was immaculately clean and welcoming. The staff were just lovely nothing was too much bother. The breakfast was a choice of 3 sizes and was outstanding

"Excellent breakfast but get the room temperature right."

The quality of the breakfast and the range of options. Excellent. The location for me to regularly visit a vulnerable family member. I’ve stayed a few times.

The rooms are far too hot. Always up to 5/5 on the thermostat. I go in, turn it off, open a window and go out for a walk. I can’t bear to be in the room that is so hot. One of the rooms I was in has a bathroom radiator I couldn’t turn down. The front rooms have some noise from the main road in the evening. I always have earplugs to sleep in so it’s not a problem for me. My scores don’t reflect this as the rest of my experience is so good.

"Overall, a really good place to stay in March."

The room was nice and clean, but what I really liked is I had to leave in the morning before they start the breakfast service, but instead I was offered a sandwich or a bacon bap to takeaway with me, which was great.

Nothing, everything was very good indeed.

"Exceptional"

Friendly staff, like a family home. Will try to change your room if able to. I requested the same room for another date I was returning a few days later and the kept it for me. Very good cooked breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Within walking distance of all local amenities and town centre.
