The Piggery at the Cottage

Loved how clean comfortable and quiet it was. It was in walking distance to a few nice pubs, and 4 miles to Lulworth cove which was why we booked in Wool. The information pack that Tracy had made was a great addition, full of facts to make your stay even better. The breakfast welcome basket was a lovely surprise and very welcome after a long journey the day before. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location is excellent. A welcome basket of goodies was totally unexpected. A warm welcome by the host.

This is a cute studio with en-suite located in the garden of the main cottage, which you enter through the double garden gates. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was very good. We stayed 2 nights here comfortably. The owner said hello a couple of times to check we were getting on ok. The breakfast basket was a nice touch with cereal, pain au chocolat, cookies, tea/coffee sachets, and there was also some milk, jam and butter in the fridge.

A wardrobe or similar would be great as there are only 4 hangers on one wall to hang things. An iron and ironing board would have been useful too, but we had ended up bringing a steamer with us so didn't need to ask for this. It would be tricky to stay more than a couple of nights as there's no hob/oven, so you'd need to eat out all the time. We used our initiative and were able to make scrambled eggs on toast using the microwave. Hot in the summer!

Tracey was a very welcoming host who had left masses of useful information about the surrounding area for both those with and without a car as well as a small breakfast hamper. The room was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown. Location was quiet, easy to park at and made an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area,

Lovely property, very cosy and homely, very tastefully furnished, clean and bright.

Maybe a hot plate would be useful to give more variety in making meals.

Location is near the train station. Host is super helpful and had good recommendations of local eateries. Accommodations was cozy and comfortable.

Great location for Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Quiet area. Very clean property finished to a high standard. Lovely small enclosed garden area.

An allocated parking spot would have been beneficial. The property was not blackout so the room was light from around 5am. The TV was small (which was only a minor issue). The bed was too soft (personal preference). Not much to do within walking distance.
