"I would definitely stay again but I would probably try and avoid room 1."

Host, Jackie, helpful and good local knowledge. Great breakfast. Great location near to train station, shops and promenade.

I can only talk about room 1 but noisy as busy road from early morning to late at night. The toilet in the bathroom was so close to the wall that I expect anyone over 5'6" would not be able to sit down as their knees would be hitting the wall. WiFi worked great in the dining room but very weak and sporadic in Room 1, but not really an issue if you have enough data.

The guest house was beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean - Beautiful !! Jackie was lovely & very approachable & helpful In a brilliant location to Largs, we would go again, breakfast was very nice & all freshly cooked. Can’t say anything bad about anything, just had a fantastic break ! Thankyou

Clean, comfortable, and Jackie was lovely. Breakfast tasted great and I don't understand any complaints on a couple reviews. I consider it civilised to ear breakfast at a dining table, personally! Also, loved the dog.
