Wish we’d been told where the parking was rather than having to back in a narrow entrance off a busy road. My room had no bedside table so couldn’t enjoy a coffee in bed and had to get out of bed to switch the light on and off. Very small shower that felt claustrophobic. We were given no choice for breakfast and it was all heaped on one plate. When my friend went in to ask what we were having out breakfast was being reheated in the microwave . Toast was so hard I struggled to eat it.
