Very clean Good bed . Quality linen ..etc

Room very shabby .dirty walls ..marks ..curling ..paper lifting .one curtain fell down .old .shabby chair ..and furniture Carpet dirty .stained ..staring to ripple ..it was far to expensive for the state of room ..I would like a part refund .8 feel I have been unfairly charged for this room .not happy

The location was perfect for my stay in Inverness. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen looked very well equipped, although I didn't need to use it.
