Green Villa Tsaghveri

Overall, a good place to stay in summer, and a quiet location close to the main road.

The property was unprepared for winter conditions and was not properly heated. The owner had unnecessary phone calls with me, asking several times if I was actually coming, despite my confirmation of the booking on the website. Additionally, the owner asked for my name, even though it was perfectly visible in the booking. There was no one to check in with at 9 PM, although the booking information stated that check-in was available until 00:00. In the last phone call, the owner was very rude and didn't even let me relax after a long day of driving (which she knew about). She asked in an unpleasant tone why I had not yet transferred the money via bank transaction, just 5 minutes after I confirmed entering the property. She even called me once more after I left; I have no idea why I did not take this call. lol.
