The property is in a quiet location although near a housing estate .

The single bed at the window was very uncomfortable with 2 matress toppers, lumpy pillows, bobbled flanlette sheets, with base valence not fitting the bed and a well used stained , marked base with several other peoples hairs on it. Stained upholstery furniture Shower switching from hot to cold .
