The owners were attentive and the service was on point.. Even to reversing my car out of tjr carpark for me and carrying my case and putting it in the car for me. 5 star treatment.

Beautifully appointed & spacious guest house, with lovely well kept gardens & safe car parking on site which is a great bonus when staying in Llandudno. The lounge & dining room in particular were beautifully & tastefully furnished & decorated as was our first floor bedroom which was both spacious & well equipped catering for every need. Lynn & Mark are great hosts & provide great customer care & the breakfasts are delicious too!!.

There is nothing not to like.

Excellent breakfast, good selection of fresh fruit, juices and cereal. Hot coffee served by the host, with large portions of items for a hot breakfast.

Bed pillows were not too comfy, prefer softer ones...personal taste.

Everything we wanted was available. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was super yummy and plentiful. Easy walking distanceto restaurants, shops, beach, promenade and gardens.

The accommodation was exceptional from walking into the hotel to leaving mark and Lynn were great host made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was exception .

There was nothing we didn't like everything was perfect We will definitely be going back and staying again. Best hotel.

Beautifully decorated and clean B&B; room, breakfast room & lounge. Lin and Mark were very obliging hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Private parking had EV charger that worked and was very reasonably priced. 5 minutes walk from town centre and north beach

We were welcomed by the owner who showed us the accommodation. It’s a beautiful old house which was decorated tastefully . The furniture is comfy and you feel very relaxed in the sitting and bar areas with views on to a courtyard garden. Our room was spotlessly clean with a superb en suite. Small touches like fresh milk being available was lovely. Breakfast was served in their light and airy dining room which was super with good quality ingredients.
