Mark and Lyn were lovely and welcoming. The property was lovely and clean and well maintained. Our room was so spacious and the shower room was pristine. We had a drink at the little bar both evenings. Breakfast was freshly cooked. A lovely choice of fresh fruit too and cereals and granola and yogurts. Really couldn’t fault it. We would highly recommend. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Excellent choice at breakfast and location of hotel was good the hosts Mark and Lyn were very friendly the place is a credit to them in fact it is the best bed and breakfast place we have stayed at,

There is no lift but that can be expected from a place of this age

The hotel was located on a side road, so it was quiet, but close to restaurants, the prom and other amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of extra little touches. There was a good choice at breakfast and the hot dishes were well cooked. The owners Lyn and Mark were very welcoming and helpful

Can’t find fault in anything, service ,cleanliness rooms were spacious and the hosts were very attentive

The owners are great, from arriving to leaving we were looked after, very nice and clean B&B, it was great to have off road parking, very easy walk into town and seafront. Would highly recommend staying here.
