The location was perfect. The lovely people running it. So friendly and kind.

Unfortunately the property was very old and dirty. There was mould on our walls and black marks around the shower. Duvet covers and pillows mismatched. Beds appeared clean but I was too uneasy to dare get under the covers. My floor was wet it was all carpeted including the bathroom so the carpet was wet. The handle going down the stairs was sticky. Cups were dirty. Breakfast was horrendous both my daughter and I had flies in our food we couldn’t eat it. Problem is the owners were so sweet and kind we just didn’t like to say. Food was very poor quality and just dirt and grime every where.

Location was closer to town than I thought. The owner even came out of the accommodation and found us a free parking space. The room clean. The breakfast was nice selection good quality.

The accommodation is a bit dated. But it's a old building so to be expected. But very clean and the owners was lovely.

Lovely hosts , great breakfasr, a comfortable room and fantastic location. We were also allowed to drop off our luggage early .

There wasn't parking just outside but we got free parking on the main road five minutes walk away.There was also a 24 hour car park 5 mins walk away which cost £10 for 24 hours.

A little bit expensive, and a very tiny shower room.

The location is perfect, close to the esplanade and South Beach.

The room is very dated and is in need of major decoration. Paper is peeling off the walls, picture hooks exposed, holes in the wall and curtains and bed linen clearly picked up from a charity shop. The room was clean but it smelt of damp and mold. The shower cubicle is tiny, I’m 6ft, you would struggle to shower a child comfortably. Water was lukewarm only, hair in the plug. Breakfast was average, basic selection of cereal with a cooked option. We paid £130 per night to stay, definitely not worth half that price.
