Everything was terrible! The place is filthy and run down. On seeing the exterior it was clear what the interior would be like. It appears dirty and unkempt, not only dated. It needs a deep clean everywhere. It is not fit to stay in. I would be ashamed to invite people to stay here. Not only was everything grotty, dietary needs are not met. Vegetarian simply means “no meat” despite contacting hosts in advance. No other provision was made. We were also served mouldy toast and brought it to their attention, only to be served more. We couldn’t stomach breakfast the next day based on that and the lack of cleanliness. Cutlery and crockery was dirty too, but if mouldy bread is satisfactory for paying customers then you have an idea of what you’ll experience. This really shouldn’t be promoted by Booking.com as it needs an overhaul. It seemed customer satisfaction was not of any interest at all.

Breakfast was not nice to greasy and shrivelled up sausages

Could not connect to wi fi room was dirty, food on floor from previous guest ,shower had to held in place, bed had springs poking through, dining room had cobwebs on windows, net curtains were filthy, absolutely not to be recommended. Dreadful left a day early weekend spoilt

The location is perfect and the owner is lovely. He was really friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

The hotel is tired and needs a freshen up.

Needs a serious clean and decorating, place is filthy, the bin was full and not changed for the two days we were there, there was no towels provided until we asked, we came home a day early

Great hosts really friendly and so helpful nothing was to much trouble,lovely clean comfortable king size bed and beautiful breakfast,

We had attic room with tiny windows,and lot of stairs wasn't a problem for us but could be for other less able.
