Tony was so helpful and accommodation. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The bed was so comfortable and the name is exactly as advertised- Cozy Room! The fob access to the room and apartment block was so handy and very secure. The bus stop right outside the door was great and also just over the road there was a regular bus into the city centre.

Couldn't fault it. It was exactly what we were looking for- great value for money.
