This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform THE LIMES Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during they stay and will be charged. If property required excessive cleaning after check-out will be cleaning fee charged. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Early check-in and late check-out is possible for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Visitors are strictly not permitted.
