Warm and friendly meticulously clean and tidy with great facilities and a good hearty breakfast

I always say cannot give 10/10 but this definitely is, We arrived extremely early, Debbie and Adi greeted us made us a drink whilst the room was being cleaned, allowing us in the room which smelt amazing, comfortable bed, gorgeous breakfast very clean hotel very friendly people,we enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was excelent the hosts very helpful and made me feel very homely in all i would give a 5 out of 5 if i can i would go there again.

Only the weather not brill but cant do anything about that just enjoyed my stay

Host were very welcoming offering a hot drink as soon as we arrived after a long drive from Scotland. The area was quiet and we managed to get parked on the street just around the comer. The hotel was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The hosts were lovely, waiting up for my late check in because I was traveling from Scotland. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfy as well and myself and my two children slept well. Breakfast was lovely and service over and above expectation. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful in every way possible to make us feel at home. We were in blackpool for a dancing competition and when my eldest daughters costume had coffee spilled on it, they took it, washed it and dried it. Forever grateful. We will definitely be back!! Debbie and Adi were lovely hosts. The B&B is in a quieter part of Blackpool, arond a 20 min walk to the Winter Gardens. The room was clean and comfortable what more could you need apart from a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again

The hosts, Debbie & Adi, were so welcoming and generous, not only with recommendations for places to eat & see but also their beach mats. Adi’s made to order breakfasts are delicious & as much coffee & juice as you can manage.

Double rooms are just a bit small for two people.
