"Even though this was a cheaper room it should have basic standards which I feel were not met."

Location

Shower was boiling hot and could not change setting. It would scold your skin if you went under it. Got glass in my foot from carpet. Room wasn’t very clean. Cups had not been washed. Room was very cold it Radiator hardly working at all.

"New Year’s Eve overnight stay"

Convenient to town centre. Reasonable price Bed was quite comfortable Tea and coffee making facilities

The room was cramped, we were cold no visual heaters. The toilet cubicle was very tight. Nowhere to sit or put anything other than on the bed. The room was worn and needing an update.

Nothing except house keeper

scraps on the walls ,mold on ceiling ,rubbish mattress, mold round shower door ,dust ,mold on windows .Cold ,gaps everywhere. No toiletries, no room . Really scruffy . No living room like advertised
