Great location and staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms are excellent value for money.

Fantastic hosts everyone that worked there was so polite friendly really lovely people Breakfast was excellent top marks Room was very clean but very dated but this I feel is reflected in the reasonable price we paid

Me and my son had such an amazing stay here, all the staff are amazing and so so kind and helpful! My son loved it so much we asked to stay another night! The location is perfect, so close to travel routes and the beach!

It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including great location. Excellent value for money and the hosts and all their staff were fabulous. Breakfast very personalised and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Clean , friendly staff, we had room 2 which is to the side of the house, everything you need in the room , great breakfast great outdoor space undercover, we have been in lots of B&Bs and this is probably the best one we have stayed

Warm welcome, proprietors and staff very friendly. Good clean accommodation, good breakfast value for money

Had a small issue with en suite, but sorted very quickly.

Clive and julia go out of there way to help you with whatever you need nothing ne er too much trouble
