It didn't match photos. It was far away from any resources I as a traveler could use. It seemed like low income housing someone was fooling into creating capital. Also, when I called the owner, he asked that I not call him until after 8:30PM as he was at work and couldn't talk to me. His house seemed like someone else lives there, like a bachelor pad. He referred to frozen food in the refrigerator. The room was a twin bed with grubby furniture and the door was very cheap and easy to break through.

Functional and cost effective solution to those who want a private room, but not the expense of an Inverness hotel, especially if you only are sleeping for 5/6 hours. At time, cheapest option. Bed clean.

Could have shaved off 5-10 pounds from the price. (Paid £72). However, relative to hotel pricing, £72 not bad. Shared bathroom. Take noise cancelling headphones/ ear plugs if sensitive to sound. At the end of the day, set your expectations based on relative cost of buying a hotel room in Inverness. You get what you pay for!

Friendly owner

Dirty and it felt like the other guest were in the room. Complained about quest on the phone till 3am and the next night, it was the same thing

Rien ! C’était sale et les meubles rafistolés. Une honte par rapport au prix payé ! A fuir !

Le point le plus important est la saleté de la salle d’eau. Le lit doit avoir le sommier cassé, il fait un bruit de dingue. Les cloisons sont si fines qu’on a l’impression que les autres locataires sont dans notre chambre. Le +, la serviette de bain sale 😞

Garr nichts...es war ein extrem verdreckt...der Wasserhahn im Bad ging nicht... die Dusche war kalt...vor Ekel habe ich auf die Benutzung der verzichtet.. Einfach eine billige Absteige...habe fast nicht schlafen können.

There was nothing I didn't like

Got there and there was no hot water at all for a shower. I had driven 10 hours to Inverness for an interview and wasn’t able to have a shower before. I’ve never stayed anywhere whether that was a YHA, bunk house or campsite that didn’t have hot showers. Also very very noisy house everything creeks and clunks.

No hot water. You can also see how much their electric bill was and for the cost of people staying they definitely could have afforded to put hot water on for paying customers.
