The place is falling apart. 'included breakfast' are 2 boxes of stale cerial. The shower is moulded. Beds are almost falling apart. Tv didn't work. Internet didn't work. The owner does not reply when you have questions.

Is a former council house in the middle of an estate with a fancy name

Kenny's information was good, and easy to follow. Fresh milk, bread and cereal available for free, although a little confusing what is from the house and what is the guests food. Tea and coffee are also included. Cheap and cheerful stay. A friendly French lady looks after the housekeeping. Cheap and cheerful accommodation in ex council house, served its purpose for what I needed. (£45 per night for single room in July - cheap for Inverness)

Pretty tired terraced ex council house which could very much do with a freshen up. Very squeaky laminate flooring upstairs so difficult to keep quiet.. Shower head hanging off the shower wall. You can hear everything through bedroom walls - a noisy older couple were next door to me.

The location

The fact there was no bread the first night 24 7 kitchen was advertised and very little to eat ,a poor show

Location was good, quite near to the city centre. Parking nearby was easy to find. Bed was ok.

Breakfast was help yourself to a choice of 3 cereals, and toast, only white bread, only 1 jam, plus tea and coffee. No staff seen, it was let yourself in and out, do your own washing up. One other room was occupied by a very noisy guest who kept us awake half of the night. Expensive for what it was.

"Inklusives" Frühstück eine absolute Frechheit. Im Gefrierschrank waren zwei Scheiben Toast eingefroren. Eine Marmelade, Milch mit unbekannten Anbruchsdatum und 3 Cornflakes Sorten. Also für 81€ pro Nacht, wo mit Frühstück geworben wird, nicht okay!!

Bedroom clean.

Squalid out of town location. Shared with permanent residents & not clear what breakfast/milk etc to use. Minimalist tea/coffee provision. Self serve breakfast poor. No bread for toast. Corn/bran flakes or weetabix only.
