"Superb"

Lots of little details showing care and attention. I didn't use all the features on offer, and to be honest I mostly was there to sleep and have breakfast, but I did get to do some work (a deplorable lapse when.on holiday), and it was good for that too.

My own preferences are for Arctic cold, and it seemed impossible to shut down the radiator to less than "very hot". An open window helped!

This was my third time staying at Brookside and it was wonderful as usual. Made to feel very welcome on arrival, room has everything you could need and very clean. Breakfast was good as ever. Would highly recommend.

Couldn’t fault anything at all,Liz & joe were great hosts,their attention to detail was exceptional,the room was so cosy and spotless,and a great choice of breakfast which enjoyed both days.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

"Lovely, comfortable B&B with a great breakfast."

Friendly hosts, hot tub and breakfast.

We estimated our arrival time but arrived a bit early. They were not in, so we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes, making us almost late for a dinner reservation.

"An outstanding property with lovely hosts."

Joe and Linda were fantastic hosts, their accommodation was top notch and breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was beautiful. Highly recommend it.

There is nothing about this property to dislike except I didn't get time to use the spa. ☹️
