The Blackwater Suite

Very quick and postive repsonse from owners about checking in a bit early and re: plumbing issue. Very clean and considerate re: supplyin dishes and cutlery so take away food possible.

No comfortable chairs or sofa and was promoted as a 'suite.' Just one dressing table stool provided. It was promoted as a 'sea front'propety on booking.com but acutually not on sea front.

Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Parking at the front was a bonus.

We would have liked something to put our cases on like stools, chairs or ottomans rather than the floor.

We were pleased to come back again to stay for 2 nights tho not for a holiday. Seconds away from the sea and very quiet. We did enjoy saying hello to the black cat that seemed to be just outside.

Comfy mattress but extremely squeaky bed, the pillows were ever so flat, I meant to ask for 2 extra but time flew by..

Other guests were noisy on one of the nights 😢

Good location with parking. Large room.

Step narrow staircase, although it does have good handrails.

The property is very spacious, spotlessly clean, with lovely decor. Bedding, towels & toiletries were good quality, nice hospitality tray. It is situated in a quiet tree lined street within walking distance to the beach. We would definitely return 👍
