Lovely accommodation, very clean but homely, owner was very helpful.

It was in a perfect location for the two day event we were going to at the Picture House, being a few minutes walk away. Simone, the host, was really good at giving us all the necessary information for our stay. We, particularly, liked the fact that we had a fridge and small catering area with crockery and cutlery so we could take our own breakfast items and have a takeaway there with the WiFi and Netflix. The accommodation was on a side road off the main road into the town and was really peaceful during the Saturday night. We'd definitely rebook!

The bathroom is fantastic, the heating controllable, and I appreciated the tea/coffee facilities with plenty of supplies and milk and bottled water in the fridge. The landlady obviously tries hard to provide a comfortable stay within the restrictions of the location and it works pretty well.

The key safe was fiddly for an old lady! Very low down, the numbers difficult to see and the buttons minuscule. Because of the location there is no parking, no tv signal (only streaming platforms) and the traffic is noisy directly outside the window and starts at 5.30am! But these are things that can’t be changed, except maybe triple glazing? 😊

Location was excellent. It was immaculate inside. Facilities were great. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was faultless. Would love to stay again

Very characterful property, well located. Simone was very accommodating, and communication was fast and efficient. We especially liked the unique mezzanine feature. Top recommendation all round!

As a room for a night when visiting friends in Hebden Bridge, Grooms House was absolutely spot on. Clean, a good size and extremely comfortable.

The basin and tap in the bathroom were a little bit odd, position wise....

The property was stunning and well equipped. The location was great for our night in Hebden Bridge. The owner was very informative and was at hand if we needed anything (which we didn’t)

Bed waa comfy and the shower was amazing. Cosy room too
