Excellent the most spectacular breakfast. Alison was a great host.

Owner was welcoming and funny. She explained the idiosyncrasies of the old Inn so that we were quite comfortable. Breakfast was large and delicious.

We drove in on back roads which were too narrow for safety, next time we'd take the long way around to stay on main streets

Easy to find , good parking

We had a lovely welcome by Alison. The room was very clean, warm and beds were very comfortable. The room was big enough to accommodate the dog's bed so we were all very happy. Although, no evening meals are served, two places that were within easy reach were recommended.

A great place to stay — very quiet and relaxing, with a slightly rural feel. There’s not much to do immediately nearby, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to switch off and unwind. Alison was very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of secure parking. The shower was fine, though a little on the compact side if you’re a bigger person. Breakfast was a real highlight — a full Scottish breakfast that was absolutely incredible. Overall, fantastic value for money and a very comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Ive stayed here before. I knew the place would be spic and span, breakfast would be great, and Alison is a hardworking and efficient hostess.
