No use of kitchen, tea, coffee facilities

The owners were very lovely and showed me inside the property. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable and felt secure and safe even though it was a room in a joint stay house. Only a 25 minute walk to the centre of Cheltenham too. Would stay again.

The shower was very weak and the blinds didn’t block out much light.

Location

No bathroom towel. No answer to sms asking for one, had to use a t shirt to dry myself. No TV, no tea and coffee facilities.

It was close to the racecourse, which was nice as we didn’t have far to travel after a very long day. The property was clean and tidy.

It wasn’t as described on here. There were no free toiletries, no TV, no tea and coffee maker, and the view was of a gravel garden and public pathway and road which was close and the fence did not provide any privacy.

no TV when is stated there is one. pillows not clean.

Really shoddy service, let down by host 1 week before I was due to stay with little explanation and almost no communication (I’d booked months in advance). Please manage your expectations if booking here, would hate for you to have a similar experience.
