"Smart in the Heart of Skegness"

Friendly and welcoming host. Everything looked new and very clean. Smart and comfortable room and nice bathroom. Shower worked a treat and was spotless. Location is great, near to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet.

Maybe I didn't spot one, but would be nice to have a menu at breakfast and more choice.

Breakfast was spot on , room clean and decorated amazing . Very friendly hosts and attentive. We won't stay anywhere else now when we go to Skegness. This is a lovely guest house and worth every penny they charge, well done. Bed was super comfy.

Nothing , can't do any better . The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. I will def recommend this to all my friends.
