The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom newly decorated with a modern shower, and the whole property was spotlessly clean and tastefully presented. Breakfast was excellent and well served, and Gerry was the perfect host. Would definitely stay again.

"Excellent choice and location for a stay in Skegness. I’d certainly stay there again"

Excellent location, very clean and freshly decorated. Within 5 minutes walk of the Town Centre in a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

The only very minor drawback is the limited parking available. The Hotel has two spaces, otherwise it’s on street.

Everything was wonderful very clean the rooms are big the beds are very comfy the bathrooms are amazing it looks like a mini apartment everything was perfect the staff are so welcoming the food there is wonderful we will be coming back again and will be staying for longer I really do recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed it’s better then any hotel I bin in Hope all the staff and the furball is doing good have a great day xoxo

Great location. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Did everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The bed was amazing, great room. Only stayed one night but if we ever return to Skegness we will definitely stay here.
