Water and the milk in the fridge is a very convenient service, Room size is very good, heating is properly working, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, setting area outside of the room gives you a pleasant vibe, a garden area gives a nice touch to the hotel.

They didn’t replace the water bottle and hot chocolate and one more thing they didn’t pay attention to refill the shower gill in the toilet before we have arrived.

It is called Estuary. This is misleading. We stayed to be close to an estuary to see birds and it was not on an estuary.

"stayed here dozens of times previously, only second time since Donna's ownership, vastly improved."

Room nicely decorated, Bathroom modern, good wifi , peaceful location.

No Breakfast, Bathroom mat went missing and wasn't replaced on second day after room serviced, would have been nice to see Donna again,

"The facility looks fine but the town seems to be a ghost town"

Good parking and a good sized room .

No reception available !! The room had been left open with the key inside it. This is the first time I have ever met this. We were the only ones in the motel and if felt uncomfortable. To leave the room unlocked also didn't feel right.
