Everything was spot on,made to feel very welcome.

Everything was excellent. The only issue was finding the hotel: Google Maps told us it was on the other side of the main road and we only just saw the (small) sign on the left in time; in the dark, we wouldn't have. Otherwise, as I say, excellent.

I have never seen so much provided in terms of products such as bath products/soap (4 different ones!), slippers, tissues, duck to put in the bath (!), extra towels, pens, proper fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge etc etc The breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of it, both cooked and otherwise. Overall, in the lucky dip of picking a B&B remotely, we hit the jackpot!

What can I say, everything was fabulous.

The location was great as it was directly on our route. The breakfast was exceptional with our hosts preparing it from a request form we completed on arrival. Our hosts Jan and Roger added a special touch to the breakfast table by having some of their Australian fluffy animals joining us making us feel right at home.

Everything was perfect which was amazing. It’s hard to think of one thing that could have been improved. Possibly the bathroom fan could have it’s timer shortened but now I’m really nitpicking.

Breakfast (full English) was first rate, freshly prepared at a time of my choosing The room was a good size and, unlike many hotel rooms, had comfortable seating to relax in. Bathroom was clean and modern. The additional bibs and bobs in the room and bathroom had been thought through. There was everything needed for a night (or couple of night's) stay.
