Great place

Nice and quite little place next to Pale hall hotel. Bala high street is about a ten minute drive Lovely hosts had put milk in the fridge for tea. Would stay again

Maybe change the carpet i think there is a damp stench coming from it.

This was our second stay and everything was as expected.

Nothing could not find the place phone owner 4 times. Washing up in a jug as plug in sink did not work. Washed in jug as could not use shower. could not wash dishes. No fire alarm. could not see TV. It was like living in a scrap yard. Booked for 3 nights only could stay 2 due to damp smell WAITING FOR 1 NIGHTS REFUND

It's a room in a working farm house, clean and tidy. The Bryntirion Inn is a short walk away but isn't open for breakfast so it's a drive into town for that (although the Pale Hall Hotel at the top of the drive may be able to accommodate you at £25 a head. The room had a fridge and microwave, though, so a bit of forward planning will solve the problem unless you want a fry-up.

Bed not the most comfortable but adequate. Decor is an eclectic mix of floral patterns. TV positioned to be unwatchable from bed and not that easy to see from the chair either. But you don't go there to watch TV, do you?

We had a really peaceful stay. All places we wanted to visit within 40 miles. Yan and Bernie were very friendly hosts.
