"Scrumptious breakfast with a lovely location."

Lovely room and great location. Scrumptious breakfast 😋. Super clean, large room. Good shower .I liked the fresh milk we could grab when ever we needed it and a nice little selection of other bits. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. Definitely recommend.

The first night was very cold for some reason However second night we noticed the heating had been on. A few maintance checks wouldn't hurt. Such as TV mount, socket switch under TV and the bathroom door. Besides this we enjoyed our stay.

Channel Vista is a charming guest house. It has a lovely safe outdoor garden space which is raised and private and on the sunny side. It is quaint with charming decor. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Michelle was very welcoming and accomodating. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay thank you.

What a lovely little gem of a guesthouse! Wonderful host, a sea view room with the comfiest bed I’ve slept on in years and the cooked breakfast, which I don’t usually eat was delicious. And just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect!

From arriving, such a lovely, caring approach. It is clear that Michelle and all genuinely cares about customers, and offering the best service, real personal touch. It really felt like home from home, wonderful breakfast, packed lunch (which was a treat on our trip to Lynton and Lynmouth). People can offer a great service but there was something extra about it...that is Michelle
