The host was lovely, the room was clean & very comfortable with an exceptional tray of beverages & snacks. Great towels & toiletries. Breakfast was amazing.

Geschikt rustpunt tijdens kust naar kust fietstocht. Glen is een zeer vriendelijke en gezellige host, uitstekend ontbijt, ruime kamer en op loopafstand van centrum.

Lovely landlady. Very well decorated and super clean. Very helpful as I'm a solo traveller. Would definitely return and would highly recommend

Nothing all good

The host was amazing and super friendly. We had a very difficult journey up north and informed the host that unfortunately we will need late check-in as we would arrive around midnight and the host agreed. The breakfast was super lovely, everything was fresh. Loved the selection of fruit and yoghurt. Fresh juice and full english breakfast was great. The rooms were great, with a selection of complimentary snacks and amenities, ones that usually you wouldn't get in other hotels. The bed was super soft and comfortable, one of the nicest I've slept on. The town centre itself is nearby, around a 15 minute walk and it's around a 20 minute drive to the lake district itself which is good.

Was struggling with low shower pressure a little but it's not really a problem to me.

The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was excellent and extensive choice as was the welcome tray in the room. Water us actual glass bottles.
