"Magical and perfect"

It was amazing. We booked the Harry Potter room and it was magical. So many details and surprises. The manager was very kind, friendly and helpful. Convinience store and bus stop very close. Everything we needed was in the room.

Everything was perfect! Only two minor points: two of the mattresses are very soft (just so you know, personally I loved it but one of my friend didn't), and a few cupboards needed a bit more dusting. We still had a great time and I totally recommend and if I ever go back to Watford I definitely stay there again

The staff and manager were amazing from the start of our stay till the end they were so friendly and helpful, such a lovely place to stay and really great location only a few mins walk to watford town centre and watford junction

Can honestly say there was nothing to dislike, myself and my family were just sorry that we were leaving

Very comfortable room for my children and I with enough space and some facilities. It was very useful to have a fridge and a microwave. Excellent location to walk into watford town centre.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön an M., dass er unserem Sohn, der seinen 11. Geburtstag dort feierte, ermöglicht hat, im Harry Potter Zimmer zu übernachten, obwohl wir es nicht buchen konnten. Einfach super.
