Clean, good location, nice breakfast

The room was the perfect size for one person and clean. Excellent location as we can see over looking the sea front and walking distance to the tawn centre for 5 minutes walk.

Just some steps at midnight guest went home late, but it was okay.

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful little guest house, Andre and Lorraine were lovely. Large room really was large, tea and coffee facilities in the room, fridge to keep drinks in. En-suite was a little small but its everything you need and very clean. The room was very clean, had everything you needed. View was lovely too! Can't comment on breakfast as we ate out with family but smelt delicious. Will definitely be booking again when we next visit family in the area.

I proprietari sono molto gentili e la colazione è fantastica; tutto molto gustoso e cotto perfettamente. La posizione è ottima, vicino al mare, inoltre parcheggiare è stato molto semplice. La camera ha un gusto retro' che abbiamo apprezzato molto ed era molto silenziosa.

Lorraine and Andre were great hosts, we will definitely be staying there again. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

We had a great stay there Owners very friendly spotlessly clean room cleaned every day . Breakfast was available if required by booking the day before . Ideal location for both sea front and town only a short away.would highly recommend
