Didn't have breakfast,location was excellent cross the road and your on the beach,hosts were very friendly and we have already booked for next year.

Our third stay here, lovely, friendly couple. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely. Location is perfect for beach and shopping. Will stay again.

Andre and Lorraine were great hosts . They greeted very nicely. They talked nicely. They are good people. The breakfast was good. We told them that we didn’t not want sausage and give more hash browns. They gave them to us. The rooms were tidy and clean. I am impressed. May be next time if I go I will surely stay with them.

Nice large room.

The mattress was like sleeping on a wave. If my husband turned over I felt it. I guess a firm mattress is needed. Double glazing would also benefit, as traffic is constant on this main road, all day and night. Even when the windows are closed you hear it. I noticed a heater in the room for cold nights. But as our visit was in the summer a fan would have been appreciated. I didn't request one, so one might have been available. I cannot comment on breakfast as we declined. We ate at wetherspoons. More cost effective for someone who just eats 2 slices of toast. Besides, we had already paid extra for a bigger room. Be sure to filter breakfast included in your search bar as B&B doesn't always mean breakfast is included as it once did.

Very comfortable and clean room. I was also allowed to use their parking permit which was extremely helpful.

My room faced onto the main road which is very noisy with all the traffic. Maybe some double glazing may help reduce the noise.

The location was perfect . Lovely an clean comfy bed The hosts were lovely and helpful breakfast was very good .would definitely return.

We stayed in the top room so stairs were a challenge but it was a late booking an didn't request a ground floor so not the owners fault .parking is a bit of a problem but you will find somewhere.
