Could have a bit more crockery/utensils and washing up liquid and teatowel

Great for a couple of nights. A little kitchenette meant I could self-cater for breakfast.

If you have trouble sleeping with a fridge in the room remember to take earplugs.

The property was supposed to be pet friendly, but our small dog was not allowed to go outside the outbuilding being threatened that they would charge the credit card £150, the place was too small for 2 people and a pet, full of clutter, cold, we notified the host but got no reply, until we left when they said there was a heater behind the curtain where gym equipment was kept..

Good location, clean.

The outside lights were flashing on and off non stop due to the wind, even with the curtains drawn the light is so powerful that it kept waking me during the night. It would be good to have a way to turn off the outside light.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Very near to the University of Hertfordshire campus. Beautiful garden.

Not enough cutlery. The sink was partially blocked

The bed was too soft .

Good location. Dog friendly. Dog treats went down well with doggies!

The bed in the extension room was not very comfortable. Needed a new mattress.
