"nice part of Warwickshire"

lovely house, and rooms we were lucky to be the only couple staying so had use of the kitchen which was a bonus the property is near to the M40 so road noise can be heard but inside the house and in the room it was quieter, good location for attractions and the near by town of Stratford upon Avon also had a nice meal at both The flur de leys and The Saxon mill.

"Welcoming host and special place."

Loved the house and the decor. Very welcoming host. Handy for stop over when using M40. Spacious room.

We were bothered by at least 3 hornets in the bathrooms but I guess its that time of year.

The room was really spacious and much bigger than I thought and it was a bonus having the kitchen available. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep! Was very peaceful and picturesque location.

Not much but if we were to be picky, it was slightly confusing going in as I wasn't sure where our room was initially. The light on the dressing table could have been a bit brighter for putting make up on. Neither would stop us booking to stay there again.

"SO much better than a boring hotel room. Pinley House gets my Five Star rating!"

We found this to be a simply outstanding place to stay for a day or longer. Parts of this house date from 1629 but it is luxurious and modern in every sense. The water pressure in the shower is as good as it gets. Abbie had even stocked the well-appointed kitchen with coffee and tea and a pint of milk in the fridge. Free WiFi throughout ensured perfect connectivity. And the garden could host wedding receptions with sumptuous flower beds and a pond and the perfect patio on which to enjoy your morning coffee. SO much better than a boring hotel room. Pinley House gets my Five Star rating!

The only thing that I didn't like was that I hadn't booked a longer stay!

No breakfast but access to a kitchen and basic drinks provided. Beautiful garden to sit and relax in Wonderfully friendly hostess. Gorgeous room.
