Great location. Very clean. Provided fans and tea making facilities.

Not a problem but a hand soap might be a good addition.

Four car parking spaces on drive and safe road parking. Host was excellent in comms and helpfulness. Key safe box worked very well with self check in/out. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, top quality pillows, linen was of a high thread count, plenty of towels. Fan and ample furniture , allowing still a spacious feel.

Couldn’t fault it. If had to report a negative I’d say it was too far out to walk into the city and back again to change to go back into the city. We drove as had college parking.

It would be helpful for the arrival instructions to mention that the number of the room booked corresponds to the number on the key box. So if you are told to use key box 1, that means you are staying in room 1, etc. As it was, I was just instructed to select a key from a certain key box, without any explict indication of which room I had booked. It's obvious when you think about it, but some people (like me) are stupid.

Clean. Great value for money. Self check in. Thank you for putting a fan on for what was the hottest day of the year. This was a great place.

WiFi or TV not working (probably a small glitch). Shower would have benefitted with dinner shower gel. Or at least advise I needed to bring some. These are very minor points.
