The staff room and breakfast are amazing. Very good value for money would stay there again.

Clean, friendly No aircon but a good fan was provided My suggest using to 2 bins 1 being rubbish the other recycling

The breakfast was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Managed to get the last spot for private car park so peace of mind there also.

Good location close to the centre of town and close to the beach front.

Hard to find parking near hotel. We were lucky they had one slot left in their parking area.

The location was great, and the cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The breakfast had lots of choice and was very good.

For someone with a walking disability there was lots of steep stairs, we had room 11 which was right at the top and this weather the room was like a sauna. We couldn't open the windows but there was a fan. The wifi did not work correctly. Small room.

Location was excellent. Good priced comfy bar.

Parking restricted, would be good if booked ahead

The location is great. This family run B&B is so well run. Our room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The staff ( all family) were lovely. Please call or email them if you think you are going to arrive before the check in time - especially if you are driving - if they have space in their car park, they will allow you to park up early. There is a cash payment charge for this.

Nothing that bothered us but if you are on an upper floor, the stairs are steep and there is no lift. Not a problem for us but if you are in the slightest bit 'wobbly' may be an issue
