"Good value, not too far from town centre, good free parking. Breakfast available but not taken."

Easy check in process. Keys explained etc, had been here before so knew the area. Good parking area in front of the property off the road.

Walls a bit thin but it is a small property so you expect to here other people, TVs, etc.

"Great little guest house"

Good location, lovely walkways down to beach and easy walk to restaurants pubs etc. Guest house was clean, room 6 was spacious and bright. Hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Also good on site parking facilities and WiFi. All in all couldn't fault our stay.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Darren provided a down to earth greeting that was the commencement of a very enjoyable stay. Parking is the big plus for this property. Add to this the easy walkable access to Westbourne Centre and 15 minute walk to the beach in the other direction makes it centrally located within a quiet residential area.
