No problem at all"—that’s the phrase you'll hear every time. Whatever you ask for, the answer is always, "No problem." I wanted breakfast early—no problem. A bit later—no problem. I asked for a specific dish—no problem. Even when I requested a late checkout by two hours—still, no problem. I really appreciated their quick response and caring attitude. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Indian restaurants. The hosts are genuinely kind-hearted and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Borjomi. During my entire trip across Georgia, I stayed in five different places, and I would rate this one as number one in terms of care and hospitality. I absolutely loved their breakfast!

There is nothing to stay

Borjomi cottages is in the perfect location in Borjomi. Iya is a wonderful host and everything was perfect.

Путешествовали с двумя собачками , было просто прекрасно, парковка на территории. Плюсов очень много.

Отдыхали с семьёй в коттедже. Нам понравилось. Чисто. Есть все необходимое для проживание. Уютная территория. Очень тихо. Милый пёсик😍 Хозяева добродушные, все расскажут, все подскажут. Приняли нас поздно вечером, без проблем. Угостили вкусным вином и коньяком, очень приятно🩷 Мадлоба диди! Рекомендуем от души👍

Great location, extremely accommodating hostess! We were traveling for several weeks and she kindly allowed us to wash a large load of clothes that she line dried for us. We cooked some meals in our room, but her breakfast was very good and reasonably priced at 15 Gel pp.
