Very Nice bedroom including with bathroom toilet, you have all équipement that you need , the house keeper are very kindly , the bed its so confortable you sleep very well , location its also good and you find parking as well near the house , don't hesitate better than a hôtel you have freezer, microway with Iron and hair dryer , towels, shampoo , body lotion also thank you

Lots of stair not pratical with suitcase but the house keeper helps you

We really liked our stay at Top of the House. John was a very friendly and nice host. It was a pleasure to stay here and we'd like to come back next time we're in the UK.

The pillows were a little thin for us, BUT there were enough to double up on them so it wasn't a problem!

This place can only be described as perfect! John is a gentleman full of passion for life, and he takes meticulous care of his guests. No matter what difficulties his guests encounter, he does everything he can to help. The room is spacious, the Wi-Fi is stable, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable—so soft and perfect for a good night’s sleep. And the price is surprisingly reasonable. If we have the chance to visit Manchester again, we will definitely stay here.

"Home-like experience."

First of all, Mr. John was very enthusiastic and interesting. He patiently explained the environment of the room and nearby restaurants, etc. Most importantly, he helped me solve many difficulties as a foreign tourist in the local area. He is the most enthusiastic British person I have ever met. Regarding the living experience, the room is very clean and tidy, and the sunlight is very good. I like the small window on the roof. In short, this place gives me the feeling of home.
