Location is excellent Room was quiet Checkin was easy Bed was comfy.

Couldn't watch TV. It didn't have any channels and it stopped responding to remote control (batteries seemed to have died). Couldn't get the bathroom light on. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Handy for the city. Accomodation clean and warm, met our requirements

Was difficult to find although the hosts messaged with the location just before check in and I missed the message so not their fault.

We've stayed here before and it's clean and comfortable. The location is superb and Ken, the owner is available if needed.

I've been to many hotels around Newcastle, some chain ones, others advertised as 4 stars but this was by far the most value for money and possibly the most comfy hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were very welcoming and as someone who can be anxious staying at new places, they showed me directly to my room and went through everything. Before my stay the owner clarified exactly where to go and how to get in contact in case anything was wrong. The room was pleasant with a spacious bathroom and a lovely bed and telly too. I walked in and it smelt really nice and had a fantastic appearance too. Although my stay was short, I will definitely be back! 10/10🙏 I've spent more at 4 star hotels and been more disappointed, this stay was cheap, fantastic value for money and the bed was one of the most comfy beds I've stayed in.
