Absolutely nothing I’m not happy with this is looked nothing like the pictures everything was dirty

Great central location, staff very helpful and comfortable room

No hot water for the shower in the morning

We love coming to this apartment, the location is great, the staff are always so friendly and kind. They are ready to show us round and check us in, this will the 3rd time we have stayed here and we have booked againfor the end of the year.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location

Very friendly owner and great location

The room was big enough with a great view over the city walls and moat. It was warm, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of hangers for your clothes. There was tea, coffee and drinking chocolate supplied in the room and a small fridge. The private facilities were in a wet room and were clean. It was close to the city centre, but quiet.

The advertised toiletries did not exist and I had to go and buy some from a store.
