"You get what you pay for."

Good basic room with kitchenette outside which was handy.

Stained carpets, dust and cobwebs. Not particularly comfortable bed.

The location is good as it is near the Beeston train station and the local community. It has a free car parking space. Convenient to pick up and drop off keys. Room is clean.

"Pleasant weekend visit to Nottingham"

Perfect location for our sports weekend near by. Walking distance to Beeston high street where there were interesting shops and good range of eateries. We did also enjoy exploring the canal/lock and Heritage cafe, boat house cafe and David Attenborough nature reserve. Manager & house keeper were helpful and accommodating for our needs. Thank you
