"Great location and a brilliant host"

Robin was very hospitable and went out of his way to us. This was part of a motorcycling trip and a big factor was the security of the bikes. We were able to park them in the rear yard under a gazebo in case of unwanted seagull attention and then parked his own vehicle across the yard to secure it. Breakfast was lovely and catered for my veggie diet.

At the price of the room so close to the historic town centre, I can't think of any improvements beyond ensuite facilities rather than shared bathrooms

"Pleasant stay and we would return for another visit."

The host was friendly and accommodating and the location was very central, perfect for us, within a few minutes walk of the event we were attending. Breakfast was delicious too. 😊

A bedroom with en-suite bathroom would have been preferable but the shared bathroom was just opposite our room so it was fine.
