Excellent location in the old quarter of town. Easy access to the ramparts with spectacular views of the sea, the town and inland. Fabulous breakfast

Really helpful, and accommodating Pleasant interaction, took the time to learn names of guests. Great location. Early check-in provided. Accommodating car parking. Comfortable bed. Reasonable section for breakfast. Hot food and cold available. Orange juice plus a variety of hot drinks. Provided soya milk option due to my milk intolerance. The B&B is an older property, the decor is dated. Floor boards that creak and thin walls you can hear the guest next door but it kinda gives it character. More than happy for what I paid for a single room. The room contains Bed, TV, mirrors, sink, desk and plenty of plugs for electrical items. Shared facilities of toilet and showers. Never had any wait to use. They were clean and tidy. Hot drink facilities are available in the dining room until late evening. No time limits for returning to the place at night- just a request to make sure the door is locked and noise kept to a minimum. I would stay here again.

No facilities to have hot drinks in the bedroom which I do enjoy before going to sleep or early in the morning before getting dressed. However this is not important I would still rebook here should I need to stay in town again.

Robin the owner was lovely the breakfast was fantastic everywhere was exceptionally clean and location was perfect and had best night's sleep in years

Breakfast was excellent. The host was fantastic welcoming and helped with anything.

I would have liked kettle in the room, understand why it wasn’t though to save his new carpets. I found the bed too hard for me.

Perfect for my bike trip on the Northumberland 250. Plenty of off-road parking for the bike, spotless premises, warm and comfy with a top brekkie. Location is perfect and Robin the proprietor was excellent. Thanks so much, Adam
