"Our Autumn break"

Was so well looked after our room was excellent condition great shower thought the decor was planned well with contrasting colours .dining room was laid out well .with well written menu with choices. Will definitely book again for next year

"Cosy, warm family vibe"

Perfect location, staff were very accommodating & friendly. Breakfast was nice too. Not a modern or up to date building but very cosy.

Purely personal taste decor needs upgrading but won’t stop us staying again.

"Nice gem of a B and B"

The staff had time for you. It was very clean and beds made every day. Near to shops and beach. Will stay there again when in Blackpool. Breakfast was very nice.

It was close to the front and all amenities. Wasn’t disturbed had a peaceful night sleep .very large beds . Staff very welcoming
