"Great location in Polperro"

Fabulous location in the town with friendly hosts, able to leave the car in the car park at the top of Polperro, the Cottage supplies the parking permit. Room was great, private, and separate from the main residence. Really comfy bed, slept well. Delicious cooked breakfast with homemade jams, bread and lemon butter. We ate at the Blue Peter Inn on the Saturday night, get there early on a Friday or Saturday, popular place with great food ! The only pub that does meals on a Sunday is the Three pilchards and you have to book apparently. We also ate at Al Fresh Co which was delicious!

Earlier breakfast time would be great, 8:45 was the earliest we could have, which got us on the road a bit later than we'd hoped. It looked like the shower door had a leak for a while.

"Warm homely and comfortable"

We all enjoyed our stay with Simon and Maz . The rooms were comfortable and clean . Breakfast was superb with homemade sourdough and condiments. Thanks guys

Breakfast was amazing and great hosts, accommodation is well situated, lovely stay, very welcome stay even with our dog, nice touch getting a dog welcome pack.

Car park a bit of a walk, which is ok, except when weather is bad,

"Accueil chaleureux dans ce B&B charmant et bien situé"

Accueil formidable de Maz et Simon. Maz parle très bien Français. Ce B&B est idéalement situé, les chambres sont très propres et calmes. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Tous les produits sont faits « maison »: pain, confiture, lemon curd etc… nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce cottage.

Unfortunately my husband was very unwell. So we only stayed one night. The bed was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was perfect they even bought my husband breakfast up to his room as he was to unwell to go to the dining room. What wonderful hosts.

"Charming and comfortable"

Polperro is wonderful and our stay was enhanced by the spacious room with a confortable bed and modern bathroom we stayed in. It a 17th building full of charm and character, and a treat to stay in. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first class, made to order and well presented.

Nothing not to like.

Location was perfect, loved the ambiance of the property, breakfast was fantastic especially the home made lemon curd and the eggs . Simon and Max were very friendly and good hosts to us .

Walk up to room was difficult, steep and slippery. Challenging for people with any form of mobility issue . Accommodation would benefit from a deep clean
